A: Each pack of rice is 2kg.
Q: Is brown rice suitable for diabetic patients?
A: Brown rice is suitable for people with high blood glucose or diabetes as brown rice contains natural bran and germ that are not removed unlike white rice. It slows down digestion and do not cause sugar spike in the blood stream.
Q: Do I have to pre-soak my brown rice before cooking?
A: Our brown rice do not require pre-soaking. However, if you prefer softer rice, you may consider soaking it for around 30 minutes before cooking.
Q: Why is my pack of rice not vacuum sealed?
A: We would like to assure you that we only pack vacuum sealed rice into the parcels. However, there are possibilities of air leaks in the packaging through tiny holes due to delivery movements. We are trying our best to reduce the movements within the parcels so that the rice will remain vacuum sealed.
